All students at BSNBCS High School receive free breakfast, lunch, and a snack every school day. Families never have to worry about meal costs. Drop-off begins at 8:00 AM with breakfast served through 8:55 AM.

Start by scheduling a tour using the calendar on this page. Our Recruitment Team will walk you through every step of the process. Required documents include a parent or guardian photo ID, the student's birth certificate or proof of age, proof of New York City residency, current immunization records, and the most recent report card or transcript. Once your application is submitted, you can expect a response within 24 to 48 hours.
BSNBCS High School currently serves grades 9 through 11 for the 2026 to 2027 school year, and will expand to include grade 12 for the 2027 to 2028 school year. Our campus is located at 217 North 10th Street in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. We are currently enrolling for grades 9 and 11, where seats are most urgently available.
Yes. BSNBCS High School is a tuition-free public charter school. There is no entrance exam and no application fee. Admission is by lottery if the number of applications exceeds available seats. Every family that applies has an equal opportunity to enroll.
Students at BSNBCS High School have access to internships, early college exposure, career exploration, and international travel. Technology programs include coding, artificial intelligence, drones, game design, and music production. Students also participate in athletics, leadership development, after-school enrichment, and clubs such as fashion, culinary arts, cosmetology, and weight lifting. After-school programming runs Monday through Friday from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at no cost.
Yes. BSNBCS High School provides special education support for students with IEPs and 504 Plans, as well as an English Language Learner (ELL) program. The school uses a Response to Intervention model that includes differentiated instruction, small group support, and one-on-one intervention to ensure every student gets the help they need.
Classes at BSNBCS High School maintain a student-to-teacher ratio of 1 to 15, meaning every student receives meaningful individual attention. For students who need additional support, the school uses assessment data and regular progress monitoring to identify needs early, then provides targeted small group instruction, one-on-one intervention, tutoring, and homework assistance through after-school programming.
